QotD: Patriotic
Do you consider yourself a patriotic person? Why or why not?
Yes. Because I live in the best darn country in the world, live under the most enlightened and sensible constitution in the world, and consider said constitution, the people, and the political thought that surrounds it to be the apex of human societal achievement and would argue vehemently with anyone that says otherwise. Also, look at all the cool stuff we make, or invent, and the scale on which we do it. It's mind-numbingly incredible.
